The minimum nightly charge is 40 people @ applicable rate of $14.85 or $18.45
20% discount for June to August bookings (does not apply to minimum rate).
Above fees apply to day visitors and those sleeping on boats and using camp facilities. Rates include boat usage. Arrival before 3:30pm or departing after 1:30pm must be arranged with the manager, excluding weekly school groups.
PAYMENT
Please cross all cheques a/c Payee only and payable to CAMP BENTZON TRUST A/C. Payment to be made before departure. Deposit - $500 is requested to confirm your booking.
CLEAN UP
List of clean up duties is available. For $198 incl GST the clean up can be done for you but does not include pillows/mattresses, kitchen dishes and utensils, and grounds which remain the responsibility of the group.
ON ARRIVAL
Group to meet with Manager.
PROCEDURE ON DEPARTURE
The building is to be vacated 1 HOUR PRIOR to the pick up time. Your group will be charged for breakages and damage.
